When you register for early access, we collect your full name, company name, and business email address. We do not collect any other personal information at this stage. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this website. We use browser localStorage solely to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode) and cookie disclaimer dismissal — no data leaves your browser.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to notify you when EnGenAI becomes available, evaluate fit for our B2B early access program, and send you relevant product updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@engenai.app. Under GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data.

5. AI Data Processing

When you use EnGenAI's platform (post-launch), your interactions with AI agents are processed by third-party large language model providers. Your code and project data are never used to train AI models. You retain full ownership of all content generated through the platform.
